Summer Season 2008

I designed a reminder for all of us, that the spring and summer season are both soon here, and not to forget to get your photos online here at the site. Many colors and lots of sun should be waiting for us. This is also beginning to be your last chance to get those winter photos captured.

This morning the snow fall decided to take a break, and suddenly we had clear blue sky's and sunshine. This gave me the option to show you all how the snow has surrounded Julie's property.

Snow on the fence

Last night the electricity short wired to the fence where Julie keeps her horses, because of all the snow falling on it. The snow was connecting minus with plus which caused the electricity to go nuts. I managed to fix it, though it wasn't easy in all that snow.

Now that we are moving closer to Christmas, the snow fall has really picked up here in Oregon. It's been years since I have tried a white Christmas, but it looks like we are going to have a white Christmas this year.

Snow falling on the Pine trees

It is snowing heavily in Oregon, and it doesn't really look like it's going to stop. I'm not sure how much snow we have got so far, but for me it doesn't really matter as when the snow falls, it adds a cozy environment to where we live.

Mount Washington, Oregon

Here's another photo from the Head of the Metolius, where the river starts with fresh water coming up from the ground. I always enjoy these trips, as I can never get enough of these beautiful sceneries.

View from Metolius, Oregon

Julie, Julie's mom and I took a trip to a town called Sisters, in the mountain area where the Three Sisters are located. We were supposed to head for the mountains but it got too late. Instead we spent some time in town, which was a lot of fun. We did drive to Metolius, not far from Sisters where..

I guess eating half a Pizza makes you wanna groom your feathers. Well, this one felt like it, after Julie was kind enough to feed the ducks half of her Cheese Pizza. Funny enough they seemed to enjoy Pizza, good thing we didn't order it will Chili toppings.
