In our village, there's a great sense of "togetherness". There are many happenings throughout the year to bring the villagers closer to eachother.
This is a shot from the "childrens-festival". Every year it is "kicked off" with a parade of homemade floats, where some of the villagers, dress up themselves, their trailers and cars, and go on parade through the village. At the end of the parade they're all gathered at the village green, where they're all judged on creativity and the best float gets a prize.
I mainly uploaded this picture to show, how my B/W pictures turn out, when using the conversion-method that I use, and have described in my critique to Rob.Chops picture of the young boy in the street. |
