Okay, not the best photo quality, but here's the deal: the place where I took this shot is NOT safe to get out of your car and set up a tripod, especially not at night. So, I set the D300 to a high ISO so I could at least get the shot.
Speaking of the D300...I have to call the company and get a new one. It started doing this thing where I'll be shooting and suddently it will say low battery and then it turns off. I turn the power off and on and it will come back on and show the battery as 3/4 full, and I checked the charge life (both batteries are brand new) and it's full. So, it's not the batteries, it's my camera! It started Friday or Saturday, and is getting worse, happening more and more often and sooner after I start shooting each time. I did go to the local Nikon dealer and talk to them about it, they advised me to call Nikon or the dealer (I'd thought of that, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't something simple I just didn't know about), sooner rather than later. |
