Wine gums
I had a craving for wine-gums, but couldn't find any in the house, until I remembered I have little bags for kids for when I photograph them. It makes them so much easier to work with. I decided to try and make a couple of shots of the kiddies treats. :-)

This would make a really good advert photo.
Also, it made me go get the Haribo cherry gums out of the kitchen, something I've been addicted to since last February.

Love the lighting on this ParaMan. Could you let us know what the set-up was? Mmmmm really fancy a wine-gum now, now where do the kids stash their sweets.......

Thanx Paddy I used one flash with diffuser (softbox) on left and another to the rear to to shoot through my transluscent tabletop, and finally a white reflector-panel on the right side of my transluscent tabletop to soften shadows. I also used a small aperture (large f/-number) to render as much of the picture sharp as possible,
I was gonna say "secrets of the trade"..But, I decided to let you in on the secret.

I agree with Julie, it is a great commercial shot, something you might wanna play around with a little more, to lure magazines and papers into what you can do Btw, I got Julie addicted to Haribo sweets, and we now buy them at our local supermarket in La Pine, USA Great shot ParaMan.

Thanks for the info ParaMan. Beautifully balanced lighting. I like the idea of a translucent worktop to get the lighting from underneath. Great practical help as always, cheers
