| The Marbled Polecat |

This little marbled polecat found these old trousers great fun to rumidge around in, thankfully no one was in them a the time!
These polecats are on the nearly extinct list. |

That is a beautiful picture, and it is very sad news they are close to being extinct. Pictures like this can help people to realize that we should treasure every animal on this planet, whether we like them or not. The Native Americans had a great way to go about it, only take what you need and make sure to leave enough for the circle of life to continue.
Sadly when profits can be made, people tend to act first and think later, which can have devastating results on our ecosystem. The rain forest is a great proof of that.
Brilliant capture, which I am sure will go into the hearts of every who cares about our planet and the future of it. I like how you managed to frame its head sticking out  Great shot  |

Thank you Julie and Darren for comments, and Darren your so right, im hoping and trying to help conservation help these, and many animals that face instinction to get a chance to survive and show the world they have a place here. |

Such a beautiful creature. I have never seen pictures of these before but that is the sort of face that soft toy manufactures dream of. It is sad that they have been almost eradicated. This world need more things of such beauty not less. I know that money talks and it talks big but I cannot imagine what goes through the mind of someone who can kill such a creature. They must be much harder than I am. Very powerful images Bev given the circumstances. |
