| Again from the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Sadly I know nothing about how this fine American engine ended up in North Yorkshire. The writing on the tender says USA Transport Corps. If anyone over there in the USA can shed some light on it I would be most grateful |

I'm not sure how a US train would end up in the UK, but maybe a gift that is supposed to represent something between the two countries from those days. Just a guess, and probably only 0.0001% accurate 
It's a great shot, and I really like how you managed to bring out the retro look within the image. The angle is also great, which gives us a perfect view of this magnificent train. Beautiful shot  |
