| These birds are very timid and great alarmists! you can hear their calls as they fly down the river, when the tide goes out they feed in the shallow water, and this is when i managed to get a closer shot of this one. |

That is really a great picture Bev, and I know you have to be very silent when moving closer to these birds, making sure not to trigger the alarm. You managed to do that outstandingly and you were rewarded with a great picture. Perfect sharpness and colors  |
