| Squirrel turning his back |

| Julie and I decided to take a trip out into the wild to visit the lava lands and Benham falls - OR, USA. It's actually pretty close to where we live. We bought some bird seeds to lure the squirrels into our cameras. I managed to get this one and a few others. |

This is a darling picture... I'm glad Julianne pointed out the difference between ground squirrels and chipmunks... I actually thought it was a chipmunk (like ours) only fatter |

Thank you for your comment on this photo. Chipmunks had me pretty confused too, as first I thought this was a chipmunk based on the stripes on its back - but Julie explained the difference, and then a chipmunk came running by and I could really see the difference for myself. I will upload one of the pictures I took of the chipmunk  |
