This picture is hard to comment. But I'll try, after all it's from our mistakes we learn the most.

I don't care much for this photo for several reasons. Lack of contrast makes it hard to focus on a flower in the center of the picture. The lighting is very hard, and the two hands are very distracting.

As you've explained, the bloom is being held because of the wind.

It's hard to photograph flowers and the likes, when the wind is blowing. I would have waited for a time when the wind had died down, or used camera on a tripod, remote release and a larger aperture and thereby achieving a shorter shutter-speed, resulting in a sharper picture with more contrast Very happy
