The North Sea
We went to the beach for a long walk, and of course I can't really go anywhere without the camera. The water looked pretty cold so I stayed on land :o)

This picture looks so fresh and inviting although the horizon waves give that power feeling that the sea gives, (im petrified of deep water, and sharks!) it looks a glorious day when this was taken, giving the blue sky a real summer feel.

The North Sea is what splits Denmark from the UK, and I remember you telling me that you used to live in the UK before moving to America Mr. J.
You are right Julie, the jellyfish were the ones that kept me from dipping my toes in this freezing water
I am not a big fan of swimming by the North Sea, as the ocean floor is typical full of stones, so I prefer to do my swimming on the east coast of Denmark, but many Germans just can't get enough of the North Sea, they really enjoy coming to Denmark and going for a swim in the icy water of the North Sea The beaches are also great, so that part I do understand
Thank you all for your kind comments, it is much appreciated

Great shot Darren. The North Sea is indeed not the warmest place to take a dip and even though your pic has, yet again, a wonderful sky, I can feel the cold from here lol. I really like the 'height' of the water in this shot, I tend to get flat calm days when I carry my camera on the beach so never get the drama of this pic. Nice one

The North Sea will never be my kind of place to go swimming, but I do enjoy the beaches a lot. Thanks a lot for commenting Paddy
