There's nothing like doing your morning gymnastics before digging into the beetles. It's good to stay in shape  As Julie have already mentioned, these series tells a fantastic story and these shot would definitely make a great V4U slide  Great work Bev  |

You'd be aching too if you'd been sleeping whilst balancing on a branch in a tree. This is obviously a very sporty bird, who takes pride in his/her looks, and fitness.
