Same pond different season. The shadows create a bluish tint to the ice on the tree limbs.

Its amazing how the change in seasons can make one scene look like many different places. Nice image.

I can only agree with Bev, there can be quite a significant change to the scenery as you have also illustrated so perfectly with these two photos. I would probably say that I enjoy the summer the most This looks cold

Thanks, bevb. I did all four seasons of that same location then framed them for a wall in our new home.
The November sky shot is the same spot but I had to tilt the camera upward to capture those awesome colors, thereby losing the ground portion.

And to bevb, too, it wasn't as cold that day as it looks. We don't get much snow here so it's a treat when we do.

Julianne, we so rarely get snow that I take lots of photos when we do. That was a 12 inch oddity for us.
