I know very little about aeroplanes but its a big engine! and only 1 of 4! but needs be i would expect to keep this size aeroplane up.  |

A Pratt & Whitney engine  Not the kind of engines we see on commercial jets. I guess these are special built to deliver more thrust to hold the aircraft up and flying, like the new Airbus A380, although these are Rolls-Royce engines but special built too.
