Julianne, thanks for the kind comment. This shot as was the rest in the small series was done with the old camera. The new one did not arrive until the next day!. In this day I took nearly 500 photos, and imediately deleted half of them. There are not many of the remainder that I consider good enough to post. As you have said it is a real problem when they are moving so fast. Mad

It can be rather difficult getting fast moving objects razor sharp. It's pretty much all about shutter speed, and of course setting the ISO and Aperture depending on the environmental light. They are definitely features worth studying and playing around with.

Like Julie said, there's a lot of good contrast in this photo and the scene itself is a beauty.

500 is quite a few Steve, but also a good indication that it's necessary, as none of us are sure when we press that button that the image is actually a "home-run". I quickly end up deleting half photos as well - I am quite familiar with the recycle bin on my desktop Laughing
