Sophie & Holly
The great set of pictures recently posted by Luessihof brought back so many memories for me of when my daughter took part in a riding for the disabled group. This picture is of her going to the arena to compete in the East of England Special Olympics competition. I have to say I have never seen either of them looking so clean or smart lol. Sadly Sophie no longer rides but we had a couple of years of great fun when she did (by the way, she came fifth in her group)

Great image Paddy, and yup they sure are looking smart Coming in as number five isn't a bad thing, but maybe she is one of them "Dad, I am reaching the top so I think it is time for me to retire" Naahhhh, it's a shame when they stop, but you will always have the memories which is great.

There is one thing that photos will always have, and that is the power to bring memories flooding back. A nice photo Paddy.

Good to see you back on here Julianne, you have been missed As far as I know, Holly was English, I never detected an accent anyway Sophie’s condition means that she loses interest in most things quite soon, although riding was one of the longest. Due to a change in the location of the school, the experience changed for her and it became boring. Not only for her but we noticed it too. While she did it, she had a great time and that is what counts.
