| Plane at night |

| And for the last of this series taken from the web, this lovely scene of a small plane at night as the sun goes down. I guess you have either got to be in the right place at the right time, or have a lot of patience. |

That is a beauty shot, no doubt it, with the orange colors slowly fading from the sunset, creating a silhouette image of the plane.
The sun has to send out a lot of light, even though it is very low on the horizon, to make an image like this possible. It helps when you have the water reflecting the sun which will then help cast a shade back on the object, giving it its silhouette apperance.
Of course having the perfect scenery helps a lot as well  |
