Very nice indeed yckhong. The outfit this onna geisha is wearing, truly represents the fantastic arts of an old Japanese culture. It's quite amazing to see that these old traditions are still alive and well in the mordern Japanese society.

Where else in the world could a candid like this be taken? As Darren says, a very old custom and part of Japanese culture which is probably quite missunderstood in the west. We have often refered to the Geisha as 'doll like' in the west and this fine picture demonstrates why. |
