The Shepherd
Another of the amazing wooden sculptures in The Nene Park. This one depicts a shepherd tending his flock. The background shows sheep being dipped and washed, the large sheep on the left has water dripping from it. Either side of the shepherd are his dogs curled up having a rest.

You gotta hand it to the person who did these, that it's pretty amazing wood carving. Thanks again for adding a detailed description, making it even more interesting to study. Good work and shot Paddy.

Thanks Darren. When posting pictures like these, photography has nothing to do with it. All I have done is record the amazing talent that the people who are able to do this. They are the true artist, still trying to find out who did them. The figure in this one is about life size.
