The 5 icons at my photo blog.
When you are visiting your own photo blog you will notice 3 icons available at the top of your main page.
The first icon will give you access to all the photos you have submitted to your photo blog. You can navigate through your photos at the bottom of your album page.
The second icon will give you access to your photo blog statistics page, where you will find the total amount of photos you have submitted compared with all the photos submitted at my photo blog. You will also be able to see how many comments you have posted compared with the total amount of all the comments submitted at my photo blog.
If you have a personal website you can implement your Pocket Blog by navigating down to the bottom of your Statistics page. You can then copy and paste the available code into any areas of your personal webpage(s).
The third icon allows you to update your personal information at your photo blog. Here you can add or change your profile picture. You can also update your country, description, e-mail, website and toggle your privacy settings on or off.
The fourth icon will give you and your visitors access to all the blog comments posted at your photo blog. Note that this icon will be available for visitors visiting your main photo blog page, where you will see the Update icon instead. The icon is also available for you and your visitors through all your subpages.
The fifth and last navigator icon is hidden until you start browsing through the subpages of your photo blog. You can always return to the main page of your photo blog by clicking your photo blog icon.
Note that the icons are the same and will mean the same for every photo blog you may be viewing. They are are also the same and will mean the same when you are viewing latest photo comments or submissions. However, when viewing latest photo comments or submissions the icons will always refer to your blog pages (login required). Accessing and adding comments.
You and your visitors can access all the comments added to your photo blog by scrolling down to the description area from the main page of your photo blog. If you are logged out from your photo blog you will notice that your Update icon has changed to a Speech bubble icon. This is also the default icon for people visiting your photo blog. The Speech bubble icon will give your visitors fast access to your blog comments, where members will also be able to add comments to your photo blog, engage in general coversation about photography, and get to know one another through friendly banter.
You will automatically be notified by e-mail when a member has posted a comment at your photo blog (if an e-mail is provided and the e-mail option is enabled). The e-mail will provide you with a link and guide you to the latest comments at your photo blog.
You will notice an Orange speech bubble icon next to the comments left at your photo blog. Clicking the Orange speech bubble icon will take you to the commenting member's photo blog, where you can respond to the member with your own comment. Click on the Orange speech bubble icon to reply to comments. This way the member you are replying to will also receive an e-mail notification. Managing my photo blog.
If you for some reason need to delete one or more comments from your photo blog, you can click on the Orange delete icon which is available at all the comments added at your photo blog. When you click the icon you will prompted if you are sure you want to delete the comment. If you are not sure you should click the Cancel button. If you are sure you should click the OK button.
You can block a member from commenting at your photo blog by clicking the Orange block icon. This will prevent any member from commenting your photo blog and your photos. The member will also not be able to send you e-mails, if you have this option enabled. To unblock a member you should use Visualizer Today to access this option.
If you would like to delete one or more photos from your photo blog, you can use Visualizer Today to delete any photos of your choice. Click on the Camera icon inside Visualizer Today to manage your photos.
