Bonjour à tous et Bonne Annee 2008.
Very happy to participate at your forum. My first question at this commencement of 2008. There is a lot of problems with the textures of the Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP1 using DXC9 under WindowsXP which aren't compatible with DXC10 under Vista. For the moment i have'nt founded any program to convert the dxc9 textures for DXC10. Will somebody help me to find such a program of conversion? Many thanks in advance |

Hi Pastaga and welcome to the forums. The question you ask is very much in the domain of our great graphic artist and owner of this forum, Darren. Sadly, Darren is very busy with issues regarding the maintenance of the forum at the moment due to a system fault. Not only that but he has been travelling from the USA to Denmark over the last few days.
Please be patient and I am sure he will give some advice if he can at some point. |

I'm just going to pop in here really quick and bring attention to this thread. I know Darren is terribly busy right now, but I have a sneaking suspicion that if he can answer this question he'd really enjoy doing it.

Sorry for the late reply on this. DX10 is very new, and the last FS version was developed for DX9.0c, therefore you should not expect tools for FS that is DX10 compatible until MS releases their new version of FS. However, I suspect this issue is not a DX problem, as FS will work with DX9.0 and later.
