I have an application called "calendarium".
It shows the current month on my pc.
On startup or when I try to change the date, I get a memory error.

I have quoted your last thread. Just a hint, you don't need to start a new thread to reply to a previous thread you have already started, just click the "Post reply" button once you are inside the thread you started

To answer your question, either another application is preventing the calendarium application to store information in the memory or it is a bug with the actual software. You may want to consult this issue with the developers of this software.

Default memory error

I was wrong with the info,
The error was:
address violation 0051F064 with read of address 00000028.

I reformatted the drive, after loading xp, this was the only software on the drive.

Where did you get this program? I'll try debugging the program to figure out what causes this error. Also, from the error message you recieved, I'm guessing you have an Intel processor (let me know if I'm right, it could be important). The Intel based system uses a complex system of security checks when programs try to access memory. Many points in these checks could have flagged this, but I'm guessing the problem had something to do with wrong physical address information in the table that describes this. This can be caused by many bugs in the program, and I may be able to make you a fix.
