In terms of the editor I am a simple notepad user, lol - but I am sure there are many great free HTML editors out there. Try and give FreewareFiles a visit, they might have one listed

About the V logo, we have nothing against people using it, as long as it is not used inappropriate or in any offensive manner. It should, however, always represent VIG. You can visit govig.us to download logos directly from the site
