Hi Paddy,
First of all, I think that you will have to use the larger files to make up a web photo. Then when you click publish, enter the details on the default template, and the save the file to your web directory.
You can then open it up and alter whatever you like, by changing colours etc. You will have to publish the three files that are saved. The html file, the photo and the pixjar file.
The pixjar only has to be saved once when you publish as after that it will work for all other pixmaker files. I guess you might know half of this already, but someone else might find it usefull.
