It seems that there is another program running in the background that you don't know about that is constantly checking to see if you deleted any files that belong to the virus. If you did, it restores them. Try posting a list of all your running processes here. Also post all the items that are marked to run on startup. You can use the Visualizer Instant Help program to take these snapshots. Once you post your list, I might be able to tell you what is causing the problem. You might even have a rootkit, which is potentially the most harmful exploit out there, as it can hide or prevent you from deleting other exploits. If this is the case, I'll post here how to analyze your system in a way that can detect rootkits, but rootkits are very rare and this is probably not the problem.
