I followed some steps on another website to get rid of this SpyQuake (or something) program and that kinda worked... Once I finished those steps the "Online Security Guide" and "Security Troubleshooting" icons on my desktop went away. But, today they're back again. I also deleted the "nvctrl.exe" file in safe mode... but it's back, too...
Help please?
