Arrow Guide to upload your Photos

Here are a few easy steps that will help you upload and share your photos at Visualizer Online Galleries. The procedure itself will not take long once you are familiar with these steps.

1. You will need to join Visualizer Forums before you can upload (if you are not already a member). The membership is free. You can register here.

2. To upload a photo you must be logged in with the user name you used when you signed up at Visualizer Forums (if you are not already logged in). If you have lost your password, you can recover it by clicking here.

3. Before you upload you will need to make sure your JPG photo does not exceeded the maximum upload limit of 600 kb per photo. You can resize and compress your photos using Visualizer Photo Resize (Download now).

To view the kb size of your photos, click the Preview button which you will find on the main screen of Visualizer Photo Resize. You will see the size for each photo in the lower right corner. Should the photo exceed the 600 kb limit, resize the image to a smaller size - here are few shortcut keys (click on the image to focus it).
  • 1 = 1024x768 (Aspect Ratio)
  • 2 = 800x600 (Aspect Ratio)
  • 3 = 640x480 (Aspect Ratio)
  • 4 = 400x300 (Aspect Ratio)
  • 5 = User defined (Aspect Ratio)
Right click to save the image once you are done.
  • Save image = Replaces the select image with your modifications.
  • Save image as... = Saves the image to a folder and file name of your choice.
To exit the preview module, right click and select Exit or press the Door button on the toolpanel.

4. You can upload your photos directly from the main page (http://www.freeimagebrowser.com/). Move your mouse cursor to the Visualizer Navigator and select "Upload a new Photo" from the menu. You can also upload your photo(s) from the gallery page itself, by moving your mouse cursor to the Gallery Navigator and selecting "Upload a new Photo".

5. Now that you are ready to upload, make sure you fill in the information correctly.
  • You need to select the category that matches the photo you want to upload (Album).
  • You need to locate the photo you want to upload from your computer (click the Browse button).
  • You need to fill in a title for your photo (Picture title).
  • To make it more interesting for members and visitors, a description would be nice (Picture description).
  • Keywords are good if you want people to able to search for your photos.

Once you are ready, click the Upload picture button.
Have fun.
