I have a friend who uses this application and he typically sends me many JPG images(photos). His JPG images are already resized and as I read the text of his email, I can also see the pictures he has set me. The JPG resized files are not sent as attachments. My question is: after I have resized all my JPG images, how can I embedd them within the text of my email. I appreciate your kind help.

To put pictures in an email, using outlook simply choose 'insert/file/ and browse to the file that contains the photo you want and double click and that should bring the photo into your email. Most other email applications will have a similar method.
