Default Software purchases not downloaded

We at VIG regularly go through our software customer database and check to make sure purchasers of our software have logged in and downloaded their software.

When we see that a purchaser has not downloaded their software, we send them an email reminding them of their software purchase and prompting them to add support "at" freeimagebrowser.com to their address book and to check their spam/junkmail folder for our initial email to them with their download instructions. If we are contacted by a purchaser that they have not received the email with their download instructions, we will send it again.

We never stop trying to contact the purchasers of our software that have not downloaded what they pay for. It is extremely important to us that our purchasers receive the product they paid for.

If you have purchased software from VIG, but have not downloaded it, please contact us at support "at" freeimagebrowser.com and let us know how we can assist you in obtaining your software.
