Question unable to veiw panorama

As some of you will know by now, I have uploaded several panoramas to my web site.(in fact more than several). However one of my friends in Holland cannot view the panoramic photos. Can you think of any reason that could cause this? I thought that maybe she had not got flash installed, but she says that she has.

She needs to download the Java software (free), as the Panorama applet was built using a Java compiler.
