1). Purchasing and Unique Security Logins

Q. I feel uncomfortable entering my credit card on the Internet, how is my information secured?

A. We understand your concern with Internet Safety; however, Visualizer Image Group has been processing credit card orders via the web for a number of years without any problems. Each registration page is located on a secure server and the data is encrypted. This completely eliminates the risk of having anyone access your order information except Visualizer Image Group.

Q. I purchased a product but have not received any information?

A. Visualizer Image Group is dedicated to setting up your account as quickly as possible. In nearly all cases, your order is processed and you are using your new software within an hour of making your order. In the event that you do not receive your information within 10 hours, please contact us.

b).

Q. I lost my Customer ID and Password, what should I do?

A. It is very important that you keep this data in a safe place, so that any possible misuse of your account cannot be tracked back to you. We highly encourage all of our customers to print out the account information once they have received it. To recover your Customer ID and Password you must send us the Order ID you received from 2CO or PayPal on purchase. Please note that Visualizer Image Group cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal data.

Q. I lost all my account data, including the Order ID information?

A. Unless you can recover your Order ID from 2CO or PayPal, you must purchase a new license. Please refer to section 1(b).

d).

Q. I registered at Visualizer Forums but cannot login to the customer pages?

A. Our payware products are not in any way related to our freeware services. To obtain a Customer ID you must at least have purchased 1 product from Visualizer Image Group.

 
 

2). Freeware software and Web services

Q. I contacted Visualizer Image Group and needed support for one of their freeware products, but they never returned an answer?

A. Visualizer Image Group has over 10 million users of our freeware software, which means it is very difficult to service them all. We provide service and support to our paying customers before we answer any freeware related questions. This does not mean you cannot get support for your freeware software. Q. I found a photo at my photo blog I am willing to buy, what should I do?

A. All photos are copyrighted by their legal owners. Visualizer Image Group does not perform any sales of photos shared at my photo blog. However, if the owner has provided an e-mail address you can contact the person directly from the owner's blog or the photo page you may be viewing. You will find the contact link at the bottom of these pages.

Q. I am having problems installing a Visualizer software, what should I do?

A. Hardware and third party software related questions should be referred to their rightful developers. If you are having problems with your Windows platform, you should refer your question to your nearest Microsoft retailer. If you are having hardware problems, you should refer your question to your nearest hardware retailer. Please note that Visualizer Image Group does not offer support to any questions which are not directly connected to Visualizer Image Group.

Q. I need help with my PC, it is not running as it should?

A. Please refer all questions that are not related to Visualizer Image Group to our forums. You should also look at section 2(b).

Q. What is a Customer ID?

A. Everyone who has purchased a product at Visualizer Image Group will receive a unique Customer ID which is identified with the actual customer. The Customer ID can be used to log into our secured areas and access a product, updates and other services. If you have a Customer ID, please remember to include it in the form. This will make it easier for us to service you much faster.

A. I would like to report a person/organization who is violating Visualizer Image Groups brand and products, what should I do?

Q. Visualizer Image Group is running a very strict anti-spam, anti-spy and anti-piracy policy. Visualizer Image Group is doing everything to protect the end user from spam, spyware and piracy, and most importantly making sure the end user will have a positive experience with the use of Visualizer Image Group's freeware and payware products and services.

We know the importance of protecting the end user, and we do everything we can to ensure your security. From time-to-time, it is brought to our attention that an organization may be using our brand and name to solicit attention to their own site(s). All of these cases are taken very serious, and if we find evidence of any illegal action, they will be prosecuted.

Spammers are often known to use brands that are highly respected on the global market. By doing this, they are almost certain that people will click their included link to either a spyware vendor's site or a traffic ranking page. No matter which option they prefer, it is illegal and can and will be prosecuted by us when reported.

Should you find evidence with our logo, name, e-mail (sender) address, we would very much like you to send these details to us. This way will have enough evidence to investigate who may be behind any particular scam. If our logo, name or address is not represented, we will not have substantial evidence to get a conviction in court.

All reports will be treated anonymously.
